It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches Up to 500Hz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.7V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 2V 3.3V 5V. DC DC switching regulator's 750mA Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 2V is required for switching regulator operation.
