In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Up to 350kHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
