MAX16073RS16D0+T Overview
Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. IC management is packaged as a 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA package. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. This power management has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use MAX16073, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
