A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to power management for 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1.
