As you can see, this power management is mounted through 56 terminals. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tube. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. A series of 12 channels can be found on this supervisor. As a reference, this IC power includes 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. Compared to other System Manager products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 12. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 56 pins on IC management. 56 pins are present on the power management system. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 3V for this power management. There should be no more than 14V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Push-Pull as the output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 6.5mA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use MAX16046, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
