MAX16003ETE+ Overview
A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. A Tube package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 6 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. Manage ics operate at 3.3V supply voltages. IC management is possible to find a succession of 6 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 16 pins in it. Pin count of the power management is 16. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountWe recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 50μA. Power management is also possible to add other features such as MANUAL RESET INPUT to name a few. It is necessary to have 2.5/5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate.
