MAX16002BTC+ Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 12 terminals. Tube-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 4 channels. In this IC management you will find 12-WQFN Exposed Pad functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. When 4 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall.
