It is mounted through 16 terminals on the power management. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 240. A supply voltage of 4.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 4.5V for this PMIC. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector.
