For greater flexibility, the 14-SIP Module, 12 Leads package is adopted.Bulk represents the package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Through Hole is mounted in the way.By using 14V~15V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT is used in its design.Temperature range -20°C~60°C TA is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 12 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 14 pins.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.The maximum output current can amount to 2A.
