RF IC features an enhanced 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tube package contains this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 20 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
