In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 7.2V~13.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number LTC4444.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
