In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 7.2V~13.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC4444.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.Components with 8 pins are available.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).
