It is important that Vsup for this part does not fall below 2.9V. When Vsup reaches its maximum value, the maximum supply voltage is reached as soon as it reaches 18V. There should be a current flow in the supply line (Isup) under 2.8mA. There is a capability for it to deliver voltage at 12V.
