The case comes in 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad shape. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, the part will be well protected. Part Surface Mount is mounted. There is a voltage of 4V~80V applied to it. It is not acceptable to operate this component below -40°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius. It is designed to fit the component that is connected in Automotive, Redundant Power Supplies, Telecom Infrastructure position. A N+1 ORing Controller device is categorized as such. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. There are 6 terminations available in the part. There are 6 pins on it. The part is based on LTC4359. This device is powered by 12V in order to deliver a high level of performance. As the part at 150μA is running on a supply current, this is needed to ensure that the part can continue to run. This part is part of the Power Management Circuits family of parts. Voltage supply (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 4V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 80V. Current supplies (Isup) should run under 0.2mA. There is a capability for it to deliver voltage at 12V. The chip can work when the output current conducts under 220μA.
