Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 4.5V~11V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting, Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number LTC3900.Within this subcategory of Switching Regulator or Controllers, there are several useful electronic components.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.A SWITCHING REGULATOR is used as the analog IC.
