LTC3897IFE Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 4.5V~65V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 75kHz~850kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Current Limit, Frequency Control, Overcurrent, Ramping provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Searching "LTC3897" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
