Capsuled in the SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.1V~60V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
