With a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.75V~9.8V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 550kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. There are many different types of terminations for 8. 4.2V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
