Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 50mA output current.
