A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz~4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3.6V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 15V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
