For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 12 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable (Programmable) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ when operating. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V 1.8V 3.3V 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
