It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 12 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-TSSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Programmable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1MHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. 15V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
