As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-VSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 140mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 140mA. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 4.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 1.2V.
