As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-VSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's 300mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided.
