It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 5 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. As a result of the 600mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. With its peak reflow temperature of 250, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
