It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space-saving SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 6V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
