For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package to save space. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.5MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided.
