For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Programmable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 1.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.4V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V 3.3V 5V 12V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 600mA. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 25V.
