A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 12 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.2V.
