A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 750kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 2.5V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 2.5A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 15V. Due to its 225 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 5V for the purposes of operation.
