Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 300mA. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 15V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 10V.
