LTC2978CUP Overview
Package Tube contains it. It is offered in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package in order to save space. It is obstructing Surface Mount. It is recommended to keep the temperature at 0°C~70°C when the machine is operating. As a result of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Power Supply Controller/Monitor. High efficiency can be achieved with a 3.3V 4.5V~15V supply voltage. There is an analog IC POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT used in this device. In total, it has 64 terminations. During reflow, the temperature peaks at 260. A total of 64 pins are attached to it. The 12V supply voltage allows high efficiency. Currently there is 10mA current being supplied to the system. The number of channels available is 8. In Power Management Circuits, this device is included. It is standard for the supply voltage (Vsup) to be higher than 4.5V for normal operation. A maximum supply voltage of 15V is set for Vsup (maximum supply voltage). 3.312V power supplies provide the energy for it. It is recommended that the supply current be kept at 13mA.
