Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 8 supply voltages. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 16 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2.3V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 6.9V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use LTC2910, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 3.3V volts to function properly.
