This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 900kHz. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
