LTC1625IS#TRPBF Overview
It comes in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 3.9V~36V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 150kHz that can be used with this controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. This dc regulatorhas a max frequency of 165kHz.
