This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 3 functions for your convenience. There are 3 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. In this PMIC, you can find 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. Manage ics operate at 2.5V supply voltages. In a 3 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 8. 8 pins are present on the power management system. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. There should be no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. You can always use LTC1326, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 40μA.
