For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 650kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.25V. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation.
