This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 550kHz. There is a maximum input voltage of 8V for this voltage regulator 12v. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
