LTC1148CS-5#TRPBF Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.5V~20V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at Up to 250kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
