For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-WFQFN, 18 Leads, Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 210kHz~2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3.5A output current.
