It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz~2MHz.
