This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz~500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.6V -0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 500mA Switch output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 100V.
