Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 210kHz~2.3MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.21V.
