Capsuled in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.5V~60V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. There are many different types of terminations for 28. A search for "LT3840" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics. The switching converter has a total of 28 pins. DC regulator outputs 1.5V voltage according to the test statistics. If you are starting a new project, you should note the dc dc regulator's typical output current is 30A.
