In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz~2MHz. Regulator 3.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.6V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
