This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. There is a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 40kHz~1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3V. DC DC switching regulator's 2.5A output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
