This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 260kHz~2.15MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.6V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 700mA. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 36V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements.
