This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 5.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.219V.
