Packaged in a SOIC case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The op amp ic has an array of 16 pins on it. Op amp rates 200μV as input offset voltage. In order for this instrumentation amplifier to operate, the supply current needs to be between 2mA and 10 .
