There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~100°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.244V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.25A Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.25A Switch. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 15V is required for switching regulator operation. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. As a member of the LT1172 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
